A great event celebrating and pausing to recognize the efforts of so many in our community working to support our most vulnerable children at their most vulnerable moments.

As the first point of contact for our agency, this role is vital to our mission of swiftly meeting the behavioral health needs of our community.

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and - most importantly - personable, to help create a welcoming and professional environment for the individuals and families we serve.

What you’ll do:
- Be the Welcome: Greet clients and visitors, manage the front desk, and route calls with care.
- Bridge the Gap: Assist clients with intake paperwork and ensure they are connected to the right staff and services.
- Keep Us Moving: Support our internal systems, including data entry and administrative tasks that keep our clinical teams effective.

- A collaborator who enjoys a busy environment and supporting a mission-driven team.

Normally, Avery (Norwayne and Wooster) and Kylie (West Holmes) are supporting kids as embedded therapists.

On Saturday, they were supporting kids at the .waynecounty Healthy Kids Day.

Anazao has providers co-located or serving as outpatient at Norwayne, Wooster, West Holmes, East Holmes, Chippewa, Orrville, Liberty Prep, Beacon Hill, Rittman Academy and Northwestern schools.

Beth McCready has been in people’s corner for 38½ years. From her early days in Big Brothers/Big Sisters to her role today on the Access Team, she’s helped people through anger, stress, substance use and everything in between.

About 1/3 of Anazao's services are supported with funds through the . Supporting the MHRB, supports our community and critical services for those most at need.

With funding through the , United Way Wayne and Holmes Counties, and Wayne County Community Foundation, and OneOhio Recovery Foundation ACP is able to provide our swift access team that connects youth and families in need with ongoing care within 3 days and often the same day that they call. Supporting the MHRB, UWWH and WCCF supports getting Holmes and Wayne Country residents support swiftly.
