We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse for BOTH part-time and full-time positions. Nurses will complete medication administration, monitor for changes in condition and communicate with physician's, case managers, family, etc. Provide education and reminders regarding patient's medical needs, assist with activities of daily living, and complete documentation.
