What can a Himalayan Salt Session do for you?
I get asked this question alot! Himalayan Salt is a very powerful salt found in the salt mines of the Himalayan Mountains! It contain minerals that our bodies need for maintenance of health! The salt is a natural detoxifier because it pulls toxins from the body through the skin. The minerals in the salt work with your body chemistry to build up your immunity and reduce inflammation.
A salt session in a salt cave room exposes you to thousands of pounds of Himalayan salt in which you are breathing in these salty minerals to clear your lungs and sinuses of allergens and pollutants, detoxifying the body and building your immunity.
