We asked one of our 76-year-old residents a few simple questions about life-Her answers weren't long.
But they were honest💛

At 25, she wishes she would have taken better care of herself - eating better, worrying less

When asked what makes a happy life, she said:
“Only you can make yourself happy. A positive mindset is needed because negativity only drags you down”

And when asked if money buys happiness she smiled and said she was “actually happier
without it... because relationships were stronger and thankfulness created joy.”

76 Years of living, and the message is simple:
1. Take care of your health.
2. Guard your mindset.
3. Invest in your relationships
