Starting May 4th, join us for the STEADFAST 28. A nutrition challenge lead by .wallace18, registered dietician and Head Coach of Steadfast Nutrition.
This challenge goes beyond just what you eat. We are focused on stacking habits, creating healthy lifestyle, and building a foundation of consistency going into summer.
Hereโs the challengeโs 3 Core Habits โ>
Part 1 - Eat 800g of Fruits and Veggies per day.
Part 2 - Workout 16 times in 28 days.
Part 3 - Drink half your body weight in oz of water per day.

We are also going to habit stack our way into success and healthy balance. On week 1, we will also be focusing on 7+hours of sleep. On week 2, we will prioritize nature therapy and getting outside. On week 3, we will hit 8500+ steps per day. And on week 4, we will put it all together! ๐ช๐ผ
