The Bridge Between a Need and a Solution ๐ŸŒ‰

Have you ever wondered how the services that keep our community healthy are built, scaled, and sustained?

We are a central hub working behind the scenes for Wayne and Holmes Counties.

While we don't provide direct services ourselves, we provide the strategy, synergy, and resources that help make them possible.

Our involvement looks different for every partner on this flyer:

๐Ÿ’ฐ For some, we are a primary funding partner, providing the core resources to keep doors open.

๐Ÿ“ˆ For others, we provide targeted grants to help a specific program grow or reach a new neighborhood.

๐Ÿค For many, we are a collaborative partner, writing joint grants to bring state dollars home, evaluating local needs, or simply connecting different groups so they can work better together.

How we work for you:
Whether we are providing 5% of a budget or 75%, our goal is the same: Access, Plan, Fund, Evaluate, and Collaborate.

Our Invitation to You: Do you see a gap in care in Wayne or Holmes? Are you working on a community project and need a strategic partner to help find funding or data? Invite us to the table. We are here to advocate, investigate, and invest in a stronger system for everyone.

Building a resilient community starts in the classroom! ๐ŸŒฑ

We are so proud to support Orrville Elementary School as they launch OES Community Connectors. This program is all about "bringing our community into the classroom," ensuring that every student knows they are surrounded by people who care.

Meaningful connections are a cornerstone of mental wellness. By showing up for our learners, weโ€™re helping them build the confidence and support systems they need to thrive. This truly is "the good stuff." ๐Ÿ’œ

Check out how OES is strengthening the bond between students and the local community! ๐Ÿคโœจ

Did you know that officer wellness is a vital part of a healthy community? ๐Ÿพโค๏ธ

We are giving a huge shout-out to the Ohio State Highway Patrol for their commendable commitment to mental health! From expanded training and peer support to community partnerships, they are truly investing in the well-being of those who serve our area.

A very special member of this initiative is Hope, an English Labrador and certified therapy dog who helps first responders. Whether sheโ€™s working with her handler, Trooper Appleman, or playing with her dog friends, Hope plays a powerful role in supporting the mental health of our local heroes.

Recovery is possible, and we believe in you!
