Continuing enhanced sanitation and safety protocols for all clients
Some have remarked they felt safe at their massage but have not gone anywhere else except grocery. Many have not yet been to a restaurant. Please consider coming in for a massage. You will be safe here and you already know the benefits that many of you have t had in a while. Please stay safe, wear your mask, hand wash often and get some exercise! Ken Mc Donald LMT

Due to COVID-19, I am limiting the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of clients and staff is very important to me. For this reason same day appointments will not be accepted and clients who are not currently receiving a service will be asked to step out to control the number of people within the office. If you are experiencing a fever cough or are throat please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19 , I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. Please note I am requesting that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for there appointments. Ken

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19,I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to my clients . I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To support you further there will be no penalties for cancellations . Ken

Well,. Can t really predict when or how but will be open hopefully by June! Putting in very strong measures for everyone's safety and comfort
1 hand sanitizer in reception and treatment room
2 at arrival a short questionnaire to read and sign for screening and likely temp assessment
3 more space between clients to assure social distancing
4 mask required. When prone will use extra layer of pillowcase or client will be sidelying or another position for comfort
5 all touchable surfaces will be disinfected after each client including new clear runners in treatment room so no bare feet on carpet to concern you
More details to come especially when I hear from medical board
Most of the recommendations come from my professional org and a lot are for my own protection. Almost as if I worked in an ER at a hospital!
Just assuring you every effort will be made so you may safely have the massages you have been missing like crazy!! Hope to see you soon!!! ken

As of March 20 director of med board of Ohio closed all massage therapy in the state till further notice. Please be safe. Stay home if at all possible, please stay active eat Mediterranean, wash your hands. Keep social via media. And consider praying for end to virus, our country, those who become I'll and all those in the world who do not have our advantages. Do something for someone! God bless ken
