We’ll be here cheering you on however you need. Whether that’s encouragement, accountability, or just someone celebrating the little wins with you.

In the final week here of our annual Challenge, we’d like to take an opportunity to thank our collaborators and sponsors! ❄️🥾🩵

Emily Speelman of Through The Woods plays an integral part in the challenge each year. Using her extensive knowledge of local trails and parks and her training as a naturalist, she chooses which parks we include, compiles our brochure, and helps with key elements of the challenge’s ex*****on. This year Murr Printing generously donated the printing of our first round of color brochures.

Additionally local businesses and organizations sponsored the challenge in celebration of movement and health in our community this winter: Unbound Movement, Western Reserve Group, Linn Enterprises, the The Mingay Team, Re/Max Showcase, and Wooster Community Hospital.

🌸 Spring Challenge Details 🌸

We’re excited to kick off our Spring Challenge and can’t wait to do this with you!

Cost:
• $10 for members (first month and current monthly members)
• $20 for non-members

Your entry includes:
✔️ The initial kickoff workout
✔️ The closing workout
✔️ A challenge envelope filled with supplies, support, and materials to help you along the way

This challenge is designed to be flexible and there is no workout requirement. The goal is to help you focus on your own personal goals.

If you’d like to attend additional workouts during the challenge:
• Non-members can join classes for a $10 drop-in fee
• If you join as a member by March 21, you’ll have full access to our in-studio fitness classes

This challenge is all about meeting yourself where you are and choosing goals that matter to you. We’ll be sharing more details over the next week and a half, so stay tuned!

✨ Something new is coming to Unbound… ✨

We’re putting together a Reset Challenge designed to help you move your body, reset your mindset, and celebrate the small wins that make a big difference.

Each participant will receive a challenge envelope filled with tools to help you stay focused and motivated, including:
✔️ Attendance tracker
✔️ Habit tracker
✔️ Gratitude page
✔️ Streak tracker
✔️ Non-scale victory tracker
✔️ Goal ladder worksheet (big goals → small steps)

One of the special events during the challenge will be Let It Go: Reset Edition — a Buti/Untamed inspired class focused on release, intention, and movement.

We’ll begin with breathwork, meditation, and reflection to bring awareness to the things you’re ready to release. Participants will have the chance to write them down and symbolically let them go before moving into a powerful workout designed to solidify that release.

Throughout the challenge we’ll also have:
💚 Weekly journal prompts
💚 Surprise mini challenges
💚 A “Win of the Week” board to celebrate victories
💚 Fun recognition awards (consistency, courage, community, and more)

And of course… we’ll wrap everything up with a celebration social to recognize the hard work everyone put in along the way.

This challenge is about progress, community, and showing up for yourself — wherever you are in your journey.
