The Village Network’s OhioRISE CME Program is excited to share that Travis Porter has joined the team as the Associate Director of Community Relationships and Expansion.
In his new role, Travis will be connecting with community partners and Franklin County providers to ensure that all children who may benefit from OhioRISE Care Coordination have a smooth path to an eligibility CANS. Travis is excited to visit system partners, such as schools and behavioral health providers, who may be interested in learning more about how to connect children and families to OhioRISE!
