This is Shawna! With certifications in medical facial aesthetics and 15 years of experience at UMass Memorial Medical Center, Shawna combines her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with specialized training in Botox and GLP1 treatments to provide expert, compassionate care.

Shawna is a nurse practitioner with a certification in medical facial aesthetics from Aesthetic Medical Educators Training in Boston, MA, obtained in 2022, and an additional certification from the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts. Shawna brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her Botox treatments and oversees GLP1 semaglutide weight loss injections in Shrewsbury MA for Worcester BTX & Aeshetics.

Over the past 15 years, she has built an impressive career at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she practiced in various specialties, showing a strong commitment to patient care. She currently works in palliative care in conjunction with her aesthetic practice. Her passion for supporting patients and families facing serious illnesses has shaped her compassionate approach to care.

In 2023, she achieved her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, further enhancing her expertise. Alongside her clinical work, she serves as an Assistant Professor at UMass Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of nursing professionals.

We are raising money or collecting non perishable goods for a local Worcester high school to provide food for thanksgiving meals to those who can’t provide it themselves this holiday season
