This is Botox to the platysmal neck bands — commonly referred to as a Nefertiti Lift (or platysma Botox).

What you’re seeing:
• The “before” images show prominent vertical platysmal bands in the neck when smiling or activating the muscle.

• The “after” images show those bands relaxed and smoothed, with a softer jawline–neck transition.

How it works:
• Small amounts of Botox are injected directly into the platysma muscle bands.
• This relaxes the downward pull on the jawline and neck.
