At ABI, our mission is to improve the quality of life of all who we serve.

ABI clinicians use data-driven methods to deliver treatment that is effective, culturally sensitive, and responsive to the unique and evolving needs of every learner. We use the principles of ABA to work with people of all ages, developmental differences and community backgrounds to acquire vital living skills and gain independence.

Last week, ABI New England celebrated our annual BCBA Appreciation Week and it was a joy to honor the incredible work our BCBAs accomplish every day.

We started Motivation Monday 🧠 with leadership notes celebrating the inspiration you bring, enjoyed Data-Driven & Donut Tuesday 🍩 highlighting all the progress you make possible, shared gratitude on Words of Affirmation Wednesday 💬 with heartfelt notes and shoutouts, encouraged rest and self-care on Take-a-Break Thursday ☕, and closed the week with Function of Fun Friday 🎉 celebrating your brilliance, heart, and dedication to ABA.

Our CEO Bill, shared the following message to our BCBAs. "It is a pleasure to work alongside such a caring and committed team of BCBAs who consistently demonstrate kindness and support to our clients and families. I am thankful for the moments we share—whether over coffee, a meal, or a quick chat in the hallway—these moments are truly special to me. I hope you all feel celebrated and appreciated always, but especially this week. Thank you for everything you do."
