BIG NEWS! 🗞️

We are beyond excited to partner with Little Groove Music in Charlestown to bring the community kids yoga classes! 🧘🏽

Each class is designed with intention- to help your little ones breathe mindfully, move their bodies in fun ways, and create. Each class includes mindful breathing, listening, warm ups, themed poses, and relaxation. Some may have a small activity too!

For our friends who can’t commit to the full series- we are offering drop in class rates as well!

We had such a blast at Gingerbread Yoga this week at Mini Movers Studio! 🍪

We moved, stretched, and breathed like our favorite characters from the story!

We ended with making our own gingerbread person!

Stretching through the week one yoga class at a time!

We are SO excited to announce we will be popping up with our friends at Mini Movers Studio this December!

✨ December 15- 4:00-5:00 Gingerbread Yoga and Art ages 3-8

✨ December 15- 4:00-5:00 Polar Express Yoga and Art Ages 3-8
Each class will blend mindful breathing, listening, warm ups, themed poses, games, stories, crafts and FUN! 🤩

Parents can stay and relax in the waiting room or drop off and pick up 💛

Yoga and Mindfulness starts at home! 🏠

That’s why Ava wrote her three children’s books (Breathe, Stretch, Explore not pictured)

These books are perfect for ages 3-10 to introduce yoga, mindfulness, and SEL skills 📚

They all have a little bit of 2mindfulgirls magic in them and are rooted in the family! A lot of characters in these books are our real friends family members!

Shop local this holiday season and give your kid, teachers, anyone who needs to take a moment the gift of calm

You can catch us at the First Congregational Church Saturday from 10-4 with books, sensory dough, and sensory bins! We’ll also have crafts for the kiddos!

Can’t make it? Books can be purchased at any class and we can do delivery in Boston / Worcester area!!

As the year comes to a close our Spotify Wrapped came out and the results are in…

One of our top songs was Yoga Clock (Tick Tock) ⏰

By the end of a session… our yogis know every word! One of our favorite warm ups for the littles to practice listening skills, naming parts of their body, and moving at different speeds!

We’re bringing all the festive vibes this December!

Last December we did a mindful art project using tissue paper and modge podge. Children decorated their own tree or dreidel!

Our yogis are sooo creative!
