St. Mary Health Care Center, a Catholic rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, was established as a continuing expression of the vision of St.

We are committed to providing holistic and inclusive care for all, we develop innovative and creative means to enhance the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of those we serve. Marguerite d’Youville, foundress of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, the “Grey Nuns.” In the spirit of Marguerite, whose legacy we share, we seek to “bring the miracle of LOVE to all” through compassionate care. In partnership with others committed to providing holistic and inclusive care for all, we develop innovative and creative means to enhance the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of those we serve.

☘️Irish Eyes are Smiling on St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

Our residents enjoyed a delicious meal of Irish beef stew, corn beef & cabbage, Irish soda bread and bread pudding to celebrate!

We were happy to see our friends from Salmon Hospice join us for dessert & some festive St. Paddy’s Day games.

‘Tis the season… for cookies! St. Mary residents are getting in the Christmas spirit with cookie decorating thanks to our friends from Ascend Hospice and Webster Square Daycare 🎄🍪

Yesterday, St. Mary residents welcomed student volunteers from College of the Holy Cross to participate in the ‘Bridge the Gap’ program. Each week, students meet with residents to pass out pictures and ask questions that generate some fantastic storytelling and provide much needed laughs. Can’t wait for next week!
