A power surge affected 591 Lincoln Street on Monday afternoon. Currently, all the offices in the building (Premier Optical, Joseph Williams, MD and Jeremy Meltzer at Medical Surgical Eye, Ed Kazarian, MD, and Kevin Quang, OD) are without phones.
