Not every wellness habit needs to be a full routine, a perfect workout, or another thing on your to-do list.
Sometimes it’s sunlight on your face, getting outside, and letting your nervous system breathe for a minute!
Today it was just being present and moving with my son.
This is the kind of wellness I want more women to give themselves permission to enjoy.
Small things still count 💜
Especially when you actually do them.
