Feelin' "pretty, pretty good" during this morning's workout. A few healthy meals, rest, & hydration did the trick!

🙋‍♀️This was me this morning. I woke up with a slight headache. I rarely get them and figured I was probably just dehydrated.

Usually, if this happens, by the time I have some water, get to the gym, and do my resets, I'm good to go. I may have to adjust exercises and/or weights, but the workout gets finished.

Today was not that day. Not only did I adjust the exercises AND weights, but also had to skip some exercises altogether, and only did two of the four sets I was supposed to do.

I listened to my body and did what I could. I went home, showered, and felt much better after I had breakfast.

Was my day ruined? NO
Did I f*up my fitness? Lose strength? Fail?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

In fact, my day was "pretty, pretty good."
