THIS totally happened while I was training back to back clients today.

It was great to see complete strangers start dancing to the music, complimenting each other on how beautiful and strong they are and sharing what they do outside of their training sessions to feel young!

NB: their ages ranged from mid thirties to 70 years young! ❤️🔥💪
