From now until the end of the month, we are offering $100 off our Joshua Tree Retreat in the fall! Plus for THE NEXT 3 DAYS ONLY, you can sign up for either of our retreats (Joshua Tree OR our weekend CT retreat) and receive $50 to apply to a future retreat event or gift to someone you love! ♥️

In order to receive either or both of these deals (yes, they can be combined 😉), just register and pay a deposit for your retreat of choice via our website. ❄️ K&K Winter Wellness Day Retreat Highlights ❄️

We had the most amazing time hosting this wonderful group of yogis yesterday at for our Winter Wellness Day Retreat! 💞

We spent the day resting and refocusing our energy for the rest of the year ahead. Our time together included yoga flow, restorative yoga with Thai massage, vision boards, meditations, sound bath, great food with great company, & rest. ☺️

We are truly honored that we get to host events like this for you all and so so grateful for the dedicated group that came out in the snow to spend the day with us. 🙏

We have 2 more main events this year with a few spots left if you want to join us - a weekend away in Connecticut in April and a full week in Joshua Tree in October - check out our website for details! 👍

Thanks again to Concierge PT for the amazing space to host and to all our friends who joined us for a day of winter wellness. ✴️ WORKSHOP RE-SCHEDULED ✴️

With pending snow on Sunday, we've decided to move Restorative Bliss to Saturday before the storm! 🌨️ There's still some space to come get cozy and relaxed with us when it will be single digits outside 🥶 Plus, we've e also added a second date in March so you have a second opportunity to rest & restore. 💆‍♀️

✨ RESTORATIVE BLISS WORKSHOP ✨

It's back for a winter edition! Join and for an evening of rest and release. This class is truly a night of self care for you to create your own calm and bliss. 💆‍♀️

This class includes aromatherapy to calm your nervous system, restorative postures using bolsters & props to help you feel supported, and hands on assists to encourage releasing tension. It's curated to provide a space where you can fully rest. 😌

💫 DONATION BASED CLASS 💫

I'll be teaching a class later this month at that will be entirely donation based - pay whatever you want! All proceeds will go towards random acts of kindness in our local community. 😊

The class will be an all-levels gentle yoga with guided meditation. It will be warm (not hot) and accessible to all. It's the perfect time to bring a friend or partner who is new to yoga or to just take some time for yourself in a busy holiday season. 🧘🏻‍♀️

This is a great opportunity to pay what you want, donate to a good cause, share your love of yoga with friends and family, take time to rest and re-set, and create moments of mindful calm in your day. 💓

✨ Community Night ✨

Me and my hubby will be bringing some of our handmade products from our small homestead business to community night tonight at ! There will be a bunch of other amazing small vendors and a huge raffle with all proceeds going towards random acts of kindness in our community! 😊

We have lots of little items that make great gifts - honey, honey & oat soap, honey oat rosemary body scrub, Tulsi Turmeric Bath salt (made with our homegrown Tulsi), 2 delicious honey sweetened granola flavors, natural fire starters, and handcrafted meditation benches! 🎁

💗 COMMUNITY NIGHT 💗

This Saturday! 🤩 Come visit me and at on small business Saturday. We'll have a table set up for with some of our favorite things and amazing gifts made with homestead products 🐝
