✨Clinic Spotlight✨ One of our MS-SLP students has an incredible opportunity this semester to participate and facilitate aquatics therapy! She shares that “being a part of aquatics therapy is such an amazing opportunity! I love how therapy in the pool offers many sensory benefits while increasing patients’ motivation to participate. The water can help support patients who are less engaged on land and provide a calming, regulating effect for those who need extra support. Incorporating AAC in the pool has also been a great way to encourage communication and interaction in a different, engaging setting!” We are so excited for you! 👏🏻🗣️
