Qualifications include:

🌟 RNFA certification — or willingness to obtain within the first year (preferred)
🌟 Minimum 2 years of OR experience, preferably in plastics, dermatology, or ambulatory surgery
🌟 Strong understanding of sterile technique, instrumentation, and perioperative workflow
🌟 Exceptional attention to detail, patient safety, and teamwork
