EXCITING NEWS! A New Geographic Service Map! Worcester Home Care’s #1 goal in 2026 is to expand our service area into Metrowest and help more seniors. With exceptional work from our Hiring Manager Jennifer Horrigan, we have been able to hire enough great new aides to start marketing further east for our Palliative Personal Care service. I start here, by asking those in Metrowest who have encountered our services to let me know how we can help your residents and patients! If you are a resident care director or nurse at an assisted living facility, we can help your residents stay longer, especially at a time of transition, and take pressure off your wellness and floor staff. If you are a hospice nurse or social worker, we can make sure your patients are receiving the care they need when you are not there and we can help support families at end-of-life, including comfort care medication administration. My Amazon review: The Last Season is an incredibly comprehensive and caring book for anyone experiencing death or the grieving process when a loved one is dying. The fear of the unknown is natural when facing the death of someone, especially someone close, because it doesn't necessarily happen often. Preparing yourself both emotionally and logistically with a guide like this to follow, may make the process substantially easier. Kudos to Rebecca for putting her experience as a hospice nurse in such a helpful, easy to read book.
