Wait—both Earth Day and Assistive Technology Awareness Day?

Sounds like REquipment Day in Massachusetts.

At REquipment, we help people access the devices they need to stay independent and fully participate in daily life. At the same time, we keep tons of valuable equipment out of landfills each year—refurbishing gently used devices and providing them at no cost to Massachusetts residents who need them.

Today is a reminder that supporting people and protecting the planet can go hand in hand.

Want to celebrate in a meaningful way?

Help sustain this work. Contact your state representative and ask them to cosponsor House Amendment 548 to prevent a 35.7% cut to the REquipment program budget in FY27.

It takes just two minutes to take action: tinyurl.com/REQadvocacy

Thank you for showing up for your community—and for the environment.
