Hands up ✋🏻 if you've had a toddler run circles around you while entirely surviving on air for their day's nutrition. 🙋🏻‍♀️

BUT how much “should” your toddler be eating depends entirely on the toddler. Only your toddler knows how much they are hungry for! Some days they may eat as much as you, some days they seem to live on air. Think about what they eat over the course of the week, not the day.⁠

Instead of focusing on how much a toddler is eating, I like to focus on whether you’re providing a protein food with meals and snacks. ⁠If you’re doing that and letting them eat as much as they want at those meals and snacks, they will likely get what they need.⁠

If you have a picky eater though, things can get tricky. Comment (or DM) GUIDE24 and I’ll send you my free 14-page picky eater guide. It will help you understand your child’s picky eating and start to turn things around. ⁠

Welcome back to school Worcester! Sadly, summer is winding down and Flu will flare up before we know it! Once again, we will host Flu Clinics at the office. We can only accept current patients of the practice and we ask that you call ahead so we know how many kids to expect each night:

☑️Tuesday Sept 24 from 5-6:30 PM
☑️Wednesday October 23 from 5-6:30 PM

⏰ No appointments, just come Within that time block and we will be ready for you! You will also Not get a text reminder, so *please* add it to your calendar
🍭There are NO lollipops or stickers at the flu clinic! Please plan to bring your own treats (😶‍🌫️bribes🤫)- many kids expect these after their regular visits, but flu clinics are a quick in+out system
💪Hopefully the weather cooperates, but wearing loose clothing, short sleeves, and shedding any extra layers on your way in the door makes it easier for everyone
☎️ Please call the office (we're open 9-5, off 12-1 for lunch!) to add your child or children's names to the list for either date

We will also be giving flu shots at regular well visits throughout the fall/winter seasons, these are not the only times to get your child their seasonal flu vaccine 😀

❗️No set appointment times, come anytime in that range, we will be ready for you! You will Not get a text reminder if you called ahead
🍭There are NO lollipops or stickers at flu clinics
💪Hopefully weather cooperates, but wearing loose clothing, short sleeves or not too many layers will make it easier for everyone

🗓 Please call the office to add your child or children's names to the list for tomorrow or October's clinic (current patients only Please) 6 MONTHS and up

We will be giving flu shots at regular well visits throughout the fall/winter, and our 2nd clinic @ Thursday Oct 19th, if that date works better 😀

😷 Masks are optional for well visits 🎭

We do require people age 5 and up to wear masks if you are coming in for an illness with a cough, to protect others.

This policy is subject to change. Please respect others as they come into the office and we will do our best to take good care of you and your loved ones.
