Every treatment plan is unique and every person is different - make sure to ask your OT, PT, massage therapist (or other co-managing provider) their thoughts too. We love collaborating with other practitioners to help our patients get the best results.

From our perspective as chiropractors, if you’re in an active treatment plan and a relatively new patient to the office, we like to at least see patients weekly to best manage our part of the healing process.

Most complaints/ health concerns are multi faceted so the more perspectives and support you can get for yourself or your child the better!

Tiny but mighty 🧠✨

Inside your baby’s brain, millions of connections are forming every second—shaped by movement, touch, and connection. Every stretch, every adjustment, every cuddle helps support how their nervous system grows and communicates 💫

At WFC, we’re here to support those little milestones in a big way 🤍

“How often should I bring my toddler in for chiropractic care?”

We love this question - and truthfully how much or how little care your child receives is always up to you! Some parents choose to schedule visits at a higher frequency than is typical, while other don’t follow our recommendation at all 🤷‍♀️

Children walking to beginning school are typically seen once per month to every other month. While this is not the case for every child, this is a great frequency for routine spinal wellness care.

Big falls, recent traveling, starting a new sport, and sickness are all times to consider an extra visit or to consider bringing your child back in if it’s been a while!

Afraid to bring your baby to the chiropractor?

Afraid to bring yourself to the chiropractor?

The treatments can be so gentle that even the littlest bodies sleep right through their visits.

We will work with each patient to find the right technique for you - based on your needs, preferences, goals. and what the science says is best.

There isn’t an exact answer for this one - because every person is different and every new moms needs are unique.

We usually say somewhere between 2-6 weeks.

Dr Brittany was seen for her postpartum visit 5 days after her youngest was born, but that early likely isn’t right for everyone.

And conversely, moms with a c-section ma have lifting and driving restrictions that could impact their ability to make their postpartum visit . In these cases, moms might wait until 6 weeks or beyond to come back in for a check.

Long and short - you *should* make a postpartum visit after baby comes that works for your specific needs and situation.

Need help? Never hesitate to call the office or reach out to the doctors to get their professional opinion - we would love to hear from you!

There are so many other places and things you could do with your time and money - but what better investment is their than to choose to dedicate some resources consistently to your health and wellness.

We love this couple consistently choosing to show up each month for themselves and each other 🙌🥰

Sometimes the solution isn’t complicated…

it’s not another massage,
it’s not another fancy tool or device,
it may not be the newest supplement or medication,
or even another chiropractic adjustment.

Our body has the most amazing capacity to heal itself, given the right environment.

Drink water.
Move daily.
Quality sleep.
Eat real food.
Minimize alcohol & caffeine.
Stay mindful.
Manage stress.

After all, you don’t want the cause of your headaches to be something as simple as dehydration.

We are here to help you, even when that means the work happens outside this office ❤️

We’ll be honest…

We are not great at stories, or posts, or reels (but we sure try) or just marketing in general really…

But we are really good at chiropractic adjustments, ESPECIALLY for kids, and babies, and moms. Because we have spent a lot of time getting really good at helping these populations.

We get asked this question all the time:

We pride ourselves in never asking our patients to do something we wouldn’t do ourselves so we definitely get regular chiropractic adjustments.

We schedule staff adjustments at a minimum of once per month, but we strive for weekly spinal checks!

In addition to our chiropractic care, most of our staff enjoys massages with our therapists and even take advantage of the acupuncture services rootedwholebeing adjacent to our office.
