Patient Notice

Big Horn Family Medicine will be closing its Outpatient Clinic in Worland effective December 31, 2025. Patients currently receiving care at this location are encouraged to contact the clinic at 307-347-8885 to request the transfer of their medical records to the healthcare provider of their choice.

Following the closure of the clinic, Dr. Zimmerman will continue his full-time Emergency Medicine practice in Riverton and Rawlins. He will also continue serving as Medical Director for several long-term care facilities, including Worland Healthcare, as well as for multiple EMS and Fire agencies throughout the state.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have served the Worland community and thank our patients for their trust in Big Horn Family Medicine.

We are overwhelmed with how many people utilized our free COVID-19 testing. We are so happy that you’re being diligent in testing yourselves.

Please be aware that starting today, COVID-19 tests will not be costing a flat rate of $20, cash, check, or insurance is accepted.

While we do offer free COVID-19 tests, we do require all positive cases to meet with one of our providers. This costs a flat rate fee of $50. We accept cash, check, or card. We can also bill your insurance.
