I would like to start by thanking Ambrosia Wellness for affording me the opportunity to remain operational. As a result of our relocation to the new building, family responsibilities, and professional obligations, I have not had the chance to update everyone on my hours in quite some time. I will be working daily at my full-time job through the 14th of this month, and then again from the 19th to the 29th of October. For those seeking to take charge of their lives and lose weight, meal prep is essential. These meals include 150 grams of chicken breast, 120 grams of brown rice, and 120 grams of vegetables, all prepared with minimal cooking oil. Alright Worland I’m off work for the next week so I’ll be open more than just at 7 pm. Wednesday and Thursday August 20-21 1-6 pm. Friday you can call me anytime and I’ll meet you down here but I will be in and out of the store all day. Saturday I’ll be open 12-4 and closed Sunday.
