Because we hear it ALL the time. “I tried yoga… it wasn’t really a workout.”
And honestly? You might be right about that class...
Not all yoga is the same.
Some yoga focuses on recovery and relaxation.
Some you sweat gallons and build strength.
And everything in between!
If yoga hasn’t felt like a workout to you before, it’s probably because you haven’t found the right style class for YOU.
The goal shouldn’t be punishing workouts anyway!
The goal:

🍽️ supporting your metabolism
🧘 improving mobility
😌 helping your body recover so you can keep moving for years to come.
Yoga can do ALL OF THIS and more!
