We all know that exercise helps reduce cardiovascular mortality, but the most recent study shows, we're probably not doing enough.
It is never too late to start a routine, and though it may not meet these fairly high goals recognized by this study, small steady steps and trying different activities until you find one you love is the true discipline required to finding that motivation to exercise regularly. Eventually, you will get to this level.
To create a routine, you must treat it as a priority in your life. Just like those pesky work meetings no one loves, but do anyway. Schedule it into your day. And do it. Until one day... you find you actually love it, and it's hard to give up your workout days anymore.
This is change.
