Greetings from the Journeys group meeting every 2nd Sunday of the month. As agreed, Sunday December 11th we will invite all participants to learn and sharpen their muscle testing skills. We will use this ritual to discover how to trust intuition. Participants will learn and use muscle testing as a tool to find the energetic connection with food or supplements. In addition, we will practice using muscle testing to reform perceptions of past experiences that keep us trapped in emotional patterns. Class from Noon to 5:00 PM, Fee $75.00. What if we could pierce the illusion of time by asking past and future experiences to inspire and affirm our life in the present moment? Participants will learn how to journal to and from the future self and past self to gain empathy and compassion for the challenges in the present moment. We will learn how journaling invites future and past self to understand our journey of destiny and the purpose of our incarnation through the powerful ritual of intention.

if depression is a symptom of repressing experiences and feelings, how can we visit this experience as a symptom rather than hidden issues? When we allow the curious, playful part of our ego to appear with our “get out of jail free card”, we can begin the journey of living more than surviving.

If we understand functional and dysfunctional habits are created through ego attachments and associations for predictability, can we find the journey of changing unhealthy habits into excitement for spontaneity? What if we could use functional habits to become part of our life patterns rather than the ego attaching to the habits?
