Please join The Ohio State’s Hospitality Management Program for the 11th Annual Hospitality Listens event—an evening that brings together The Ohio State University’s faculty, staff, students, and community partners to advance inclusion and belonging through the lens of hospitality in our local community.

As The Ohio State’s Hospitality Management Program enters the second decade of Hospitality Listens, the event continues to evolve. This year’s program will feature an interactive dining format with chef-attended action stations and themed tasting experiences, designed for individuals with autism and those with other disabilities along with their families to foster engagement and meaningful conversation.
The 2025 theme, “Where communities play as one,” highlights how hospitality creates shared spaces of understanding and connection. Students from The Ohio State’s Hospitality Management Program will serve as hosts and facilitators, applying lessons learned throughout the program and demonstrating not only an exceptional level of hospitality but also a commitment to inclusive, people-centered leadership.
