🌿 You Are Not Alone: Abortion Healing Aftercare Group 🌿
We know that many women and men carry silent grief, questions, or complicated emotions after an abortion—sometimes days later, sometimes years later. Healing is possible, and no one should have to walk that journey alone.
Our center is offering a confidential, grace‑filled aftercare group for anyone seeking emotional or spiritual healing after an abortion experience. This group provides a safe space to process, reflect, and find hope alongside others who understand.
✨ What you can expect:
• A compassionate, judgment‑free environment
• Guided conversations that support emotional and spiritual healing
• Encouragement rooted in dignity, grace, and restoration
• Trained facilitator who walk with you at your own pace
If you or someone you know could benefit from this kind of support, we’re here. Reach out to us privately for details about dates, times, and registration. Call 507-372-2111 or email HHPC.ED@gmail.com.
There is healing. There is hope. And there is a community ready to walk with you. 🌼

We'd like to ask you to pray for HHPC staff, Chelsea, and her husband, Chris, as they prepare to leave this week with their Live For Him Ministries group on a mission trip to Africa. They will be going to the village of Bugiri, Uganda, where they will be helping with the construction of a new building/school. They will also be leading children with vacation bible school, sharing God's word.
We are grateful for Chelsea, Chris, and the Live For Him Ministries team to step out in faith and represent our communities with compassion, love, and hope. Thank you for cheering them on and covering them in prayer as they go!

To our clients…we were informed today that our current paid bus passes from Prairieland Transit will expire as of March 1st. Unfortunately for the Center there will be no credits issued for the paid passes that we have. We are trying to figure out an alternative plan and know that this will be a hardship for some of our families. Please call your advocate with any questions. Thank you.

We’re thrilled to share that HHPC is officially car seat certified, equipping us to better support the safety and well‑being of the families we serve.
Thanks to the Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation Inc. for the grant that we received - this certification allows us to provide guidance on proper installation, fit, and usage—because every child deserves to travel safely and every parent deserves peace of mind.
Car seats can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’re here to walk alongside you with practical help, compassionate support, and evidence‑based safety practices.
If you or someone you know could benefit from a car seat check or education, reach out—we’d be honored to help.
Together, we’re building a safer, stronger community for our little ones.

Isn’t it incredible the amount of diapers a family goes through? What’s even more incredible is that there are days that we give out more Bibles than diapers. Everyone that walks through our doors is offered a Bible and if they don’t have a church home, we help them find one. On an average day, we see 5 families, sometimes more. Every family leaves with diapers/baby wipes. We are blessed to live in such a gracious community as all items that we are able to give are donated. Thank YOU! We also want to add, we talked to approximately 75 kids today at the Worthington High School at our outreach table and the topic was s*x trafficking. Gearing up for our community presentation on 1/15 at the Worthington Memorial Auditorium of Performing Arts, see you there!

How Many Diapers Does a Baby Need Per Day?

Here in the chart* is how many diapers your baby may require on daily and monthly basis. That’s 2,880-3,480 diapers in a year!

We can help! Bring diapers and wipes to The Lighthouse during the month of January. Donations will go to help Helping Hand Pregnancy Center support mothers and babies.

*Listed diaper usage is an average usage of a baby of a particular age. However, it may vary slightly in all the babies.
