Good evening!! Anyone that is already registered will need to check ProCare on updates for immunizations. If the immunization is not on a ky immunization form from your Dr, you will not be able to start and your spot may be replaced. Please get this done ASAP. This is a state regulation.

Finally a Positive Update!!! We received our Certificate of Occupancy letter yesterday, which is what we have been waiting on for weeks! I sent all the paperwork out yesterday to the state childcare in Frankfort. The tracking has it reaching the building tomorrow, which was the fastest delivery. After it makes it to the correct office, they will assign us to a childcare inspector who will then set up an appt to come certify our center. Everything is ready for them to come, everything is ready for your children to come, but it’s all in their hands and timing!! Getting closer!!!

Another Monday update!!
First of all Thank You for your patience. I promise we are trying to get open. We are so ready to have your kids here!!

Today we finally received an approval letter from the State Building Inspections, BUT the inspectors are coming tomorrow to finalize the building. For childcare you have to have a Certificate of Occupancy before you can apply for a childcare license. After building state inspector approves , it will get sent back to the portal and we wait for the certificate. It’s all a wait game.
As soon as we receive the certificate we can apply for state childcare license which doesn’t take as long for that inspection to happen. We are a lot closer than we were.

We are still waiting on our paperwork to come back. I have reached out by Email and called and left messages.
