We are hiring a new chiropractic receptionist for Absolute Health Chiropractic. Job description below.

Chiropractic Receptionist Job Opportunity
We are a well-established, fast paced chiropractic office looking for candidates that are welcoming, energetic and dedicated to learn and teach our community about the benefits of chiropractic care.
The ideal candidate must be professional, friendly, able to multi-task, a team player, dependable and punctual. Candidates must also possess professional phone skills, work well with others, work well under pressure and have reliable transportation. A basic understanding of health insurance is a plus.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Greet all patients with a smile,
• Patient check in and check out,
• Collect patient payments including process credit cards as necessary,
• Process patient paperwork,
• Manage patient flow,
• Answer phones,
• Patient tracking and recalls,
• Data entry,
• Protect patient confidentiality by following policies and procedures, and
• Other tasks as needed.

Candidates must be able to work the following hours*:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
*additional hours may be available/requested for vacation coverage, special events, etc.
