Massage Monday 💆♀️
Massage is definitely relaxing, but it’s also doing real work with your muscles. During each session, I’m helping areas of built-up tension soften, encouraging better circulation, and giving your body a chance to let go. When muscles can release, your body often feels more relaxed and moves a little easier.
Because your body holds stress differently all the time, no two massages are ever the same. That’s why each session is tailored to what you need that day. Your needs can change from one appointment to the next.
Before each session, we always take a few minutes to talk about how you’re feeling, where you’re holding tension, and what you’d like to focus on, so your massage supports you right where you are.
💡 Self-care tip:
After a massage….or anytime your muscles feel tight, try to move gently, stay hydrated, and be mindful of how you’re holding your body so that tension doesn’t creep back in.
