We take a truly integrated approach that blends exercise science & nutrition science to help you feel, perform and look your best! Movement & Nutrition are two crucial areas of our personal wellness, and each have a profound impact on our overall health. Jeanette Roskom, Founder of BEACTIVE Health LLC is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association, 2022- Present) and an Exercise Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition, 2017- Present). Jeanette holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and has completed the Cancer Exercise Specialist training through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. Roskom has a true passion for inspiring others to live a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys focusing her continuing education on the newest findings in fitness and nutrition. Roskom is currently working towards a Master of Nutrition Science & Integrated Health with a focus on becoming a Registered Dietician Nutritionist to expand her knowledge and offerings to those she works with.
