Vitality - Optimal Health
The degree of health we experience didn’t happen overnight and overtime we have an opportunity to take steps that improve our daily experience or take away. It is not difficult, it is simple and only requires consistency. Which direction are your steps taking you?
I have always been interested and intrigued with the amazement of our bodies and how poor health can be restored when introducing natural alternatives. What I have experienced, is for every ailment there seems to be a natural approach or healthy antidote. Salt Therapy is simply another example of that. My fiancé has suffered years with sinus related issues and major allergies. He was on multiple medications only to experience minimal relief reducing the quality and enjoyment of his life.
Salt Therapy is exciting to me because I get to see the huge impact it has for the quality of life for my fiancé and others. It goes beyond the relief of symptoms but without the side-effects of medications,I am told, are only minimally effective. With the new healing environment brought together by Dr. Brad Bosma of Bosma Chiropractic and Teri Postell of Jadin Accupuncture, it created a great opportunity for me to fulfill on my passion both personally and professionally - sharing a healthy alternative (for Sinus and Respiratory Symptoms) with others.
Health occurs to me as the very thing you get little by little, it is like training for a marathon. There are no quick fixes or pills to experience life with vitality.
