Abby Alldread, LCMHC, LCAS, brings warmth, a down-to-earth presence, and grounded compassion to her work, along with creativity that supports meaningful healing for her clients 🫶🏼

She loves working with individuals who feel stuck in trauma, difficult relationship patterns, or the ripple effects of addiction — whether in their own lives or within their families.

Abby integrates trauma-informed care with Brainspotting and creative approaches such as incorporating art in session.

There is something really special that happens when women choose collaboration over competition. 🤍🤍

We are so honored to be part of The Power of Her Passport, an International Women’s Day celebration hosted by that brought together 9 incredible women-owned businesses across Wilmington for a week of connection, movement, and community.

As Allora Rise, we loved getting to share our self-care pamphlets, meet so many amazing women, and be part of spaces built by women who truly believe in supporting each other.

If you haven’t participated yet, there’s still time. Throughout the week, you can visit the participating businesses and redeem a gift, experience, discount, or complimentary offering to receive a passport stamp. Each stamp counts as an entry into the grand giveaway, so the more places you explore, the more chances you have to win!
