Extended Side Angle Pose — Utthita Parsvakonasana

This posture isn’t just about getting your hand to the floor. It’s about building a strong foundation through the legs while creating length through the side body.

Before reaching down, focus on grounding the feet, stabilizing the legs, and allowing the torso to extend out over the front thigh.

Length first. Depth later.

That’s where the pose becomes steady and spacious.
