Good morning Wrightwood, Phelan and Pinion Hills and our surrounding communities! Things are a bit strange to say the least. I have said since the beginning of the shut down that time would tell the truthful story. More and more evidence from the medical experts, and the health community, government officials and reporting agencies suggest that the majority of us have little to be concerned with. Stay healthy and stay positive! High STRESS= SICK. Stress lowers your immune function. So does unhealthy eating and lack of exercise. Yoga, stretching, jogging, cycling, Tai Chi, Jujitsu, gymnastics, rock climbing, hiking and weight lifting are a few things you can do to lower your stress.
