We provide a warm, welcoming environment and highly individualized skilled nursing care. Our Care Team is specially-trained to work with seniors.

Located in the small town of Wurtland, Kentucky, Wurtland Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 126-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

🌟 Congratulations to Joshua Mannon, our Care Team Member of the Month for November at Wurtland Nursing & Rehabilitation! Since joining our team as a CNA in September 2025, Josh has shown incredible dedication and compassion. He understands the wants and needs of our residents and is always ready to jump in and lend a helping hand. His positive attitude and teamwork brighten every day, and he is truly loved by residents and staff alike. Thank you, Josh, for all you do to make a difference! 💙❤️

Happy Halloween! 🎃👻 Staying healthy during all the spooky fun starts with good hand hygiene! Be sure to wash your hands after using the restroom and before and after eating—even when enjoying candy!

Proper handwashing: Wet your hands, lather with soap, and scrub for 20–30 seconds (hum “Happy Birthday” twice!). Rinse, dry, and turn off the faucet with a paper towel. Using hand sanitizer? Make sure it’s at least 60% alcohol and rub until dry.

We want to wish everyone a safe, fun-filled, and germ-free Halloween! 🧡
