Health officials are investigating a multistate outbreak of infant botulism linked to ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula, a powdered infant formula that has been recalled. Formula from the batches listed below should not be used. Infants that may have been fed this formula should be monitored for symptoms of botulism.
