My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist completing my education at Finger Lakes School of Massage and am licensed in Pennsylvania. I am member of AMTA, offer different therapies from just a relaxing Swedish massage to trigger point therapy (you know all those knots in your back, yes they are the trigger points), Connective Tissue Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Sports Massage, and energy palpation. What a year to be thankful for, and to think there is just one more month left of 2025. With that, massage has been very busy so if you are looking to book a session your time is coming to a close rather quickly. Posted are the few spots available before Christmas. I will not be in the office very much over the holidays this year so if you see a spot available you better jump on it.

Going into the new year, 2026 will have a price increase, I have not raised my pricing since 2023 so with the rising cost of all the stuff that comes along with owning a small business (insurance, continued education, licensure, supplies...ect) I feel it is necessary.

JANUARY 1ST 2026

First time clients MUST pay at time of booking. Until a payment has been secured, the appointment will not be placed on the schedule.
****I will not be taking new clients on Fridays. ****
Past clients that failed to call and cancel previously also must pay in advance.

It starts next week...the ber months. It's cooler, it's quieter to some but it's still beautiful.

All summer you hustled between rain drops to keep your outside living room beautiful, now your muscles are screaming for some tender care. Schedule yourself a massage and take care of your body. You deserve it.

I also work on sports injuries, so if your athlete needs some care, bring them in. Minors must be accompanied by adult.

First time clients are a prepay at time of scheduling. If you failed to show up for a previous appointment, you will have to prepay at the time of scheduling the next appointment.

The brisk month of January is almost over and your body needs you to keep moving. I know how hard it is to get out in this cold weather but if you're stationary for too long your body will feel it.

Schedule yourself a massage session and loosen up your muscles while completely relaxing in a cozy warm environment.

If you are feeling under the weather, have a fever or infection and cannot control a cough please refrain from coming in for the appointment. If you are over a cold and need help in moving mucus from your lungs and getting some relief from those overly stressed muscles from coughing, then it's the perfect time to schedule.

As a reminder while working outside, if you contract poison ivy or any rash, please reschedule your appointment until it has completely gone away. Same with a sunburn. You can still get a massage but anywhere sunburnt will be skipped over since the tissue is in repair. I want you to enjoy every bit of your relaxation time.

** If you have been working outside and happened to pick up poison ivy or another type of rash, you need to reschedule your appointment. Wait until the rash is gone before coming in please.
