🕯️REMINDER FOR BODY ALTAR TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY) @ 6:30PM🕯️

A cardio circuit based class that cultivates a lot of heat and allows you to meet your resistance/edges.

we begin by lighting a candle as an offering. I did yellow last night to signify the power of will. We each draw an oracle card, set an intention, and move into ~40 minutes of circuits.

The playlist is fire and accompanied by visuals to help keep you focused. Class is designed to honor what you personally need.

If you need to take a break, take one. If you need a minute for water, take it. If you need to sit and meditate on the visuals, do that.

I will always be there to encourage you to meet the parts of yourself that want to quit, but will always respect your limits and boundaries.

We end with grounding and gratitude of course.

We are located at 1609 Ford Ave.
Class is on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

i’ve caught myself slipping a bit with the basics.

I looked up the sabian symbol of the degree of my 8th house cusp in placidus a couple nights ago (at 2:22am ofc).

the 8th house is transitory, energy is supposed to move and alchemize here. it can be a heavy and dense house. It lights up our fear and resistance to change.

fascinating that my 8th house cusp is 8 degrees scorpio.

the symbol is:
the moon shining across a lake

“The secret joy of the inner world is made available to those who know how to find peace through stillness.
Development of compassion and helpfulness through centring into peace.”

Spirit got me w this one, my mouth dropped wide open.

I wrote:
“The waves give me something to fight against. When the water stills and becomes clear, it creates a charge that puts me face to face with mv fears.”

All this to say that it was the reminder I needed to cultivate more stillness without trying to escape it.
