This months Yoga + Tarot Workshop we are meeting in the deep end 🌊

🌀We will be focusing on the water element and its spiralic nature.

Amber will be leading us through the yoga portion of class using Qi Gong as a key to the doorway to emotional/energetic alchemy in the body.

Steph will be teaching tarot through the lens of the cards being mirrors and watery reflections of the subconscious. As always, there will be a curated spread that we will draw cards for and discuss as a group.

We will also be honoring the death of Amber’s beloved cat, Ashwa. If you would like to add an intention, prayer, or offering to Ashwa or to a loss loved one of your own you are more than welcome to as well.

⭐️we have mars and saturn coming together soon which creates a tension of pressing down the gas and breaks at the same time. neptune in the mix has us feeling like our energy is pouring into a bucket with a hole at the bottom.

⭐️taking time for yourself creates spaciousness to handle life’s challenges in a grounded, centered, and rational way. of course yoga is an excellent way to do that.
