The astrology of family dynamics is endlessly fascinating!

assigned this book by erin sullivan a few years ago in class and it really inspired a lot of deep research into my family tree.
I recently got to see a book of my family history on my dad’s side that my beloved uncle greg made (he was a virgo, hello master of the archives!!) that dates back to the 1800s and while we don’t have the birth times, i’ve catalogued every member into my astro software and I plan to add a section in my grimoire dedicated to my family astrology.

side note: this also applies to diverse family systems. family is not always blood related!

yoga tonight at 7:30 ☺️

yoga with amber on thursday’s is an anchor of self care.

her class is restorative, peaceful, and grounding. we all have so much going on in our lives and we move through our days so fast. having a yoga practice is a way to take care of our body, mind, and spirit so that we can return to life with intention and clarity.

amber’s class is a yin/hatha blend that is suited for all levels. she incorporates breath work, sound healing, and a small head massage at the end.

personally, I always leave class in a significantly better state than I started.

If you haven’t tried amber’s class I truly and highly recommend it.
