📣 Important Update: Appointment No-Show Policy (Effective 7/1/2026)

At our practice, we are committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all of our patients. In order to better serve everyone, we will be implementing a No-Show Policy beginning July 1, 2026.

When appointments are missed without notice, it prevents other patients—many of whom are waiting for care—from being seen. Keeping or properly canceling your appointment helps us ensure that all patients receive the attention they need.

🗓️ Policy Details:

* Each patient is allowed one missed appointment per calendar year with no penalty
* After that, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
* Missed appointments without proper notice will result in a $25 no-show fee
* This fee must be paid prior to your next office visit

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us care for our entire patient community.
