• 🗓️ Monday – Friday schedule (No weekends!)
• 💲 Starting pay: $17.50/hour, with opportunity to increase based on skills and experience
• 🏥 Benefits available after 90 days
📞 Primary Responsibilities:
• Operate call center and front desk equipment
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous communication with patients
• Assist callers with questions, concerns, and issues
• Actively listen to patient needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments and register patients
• Verify insurance information
• Redirect patients as needed and route calls based on prior chart notes to appropriate staff
