As you may have seen in your emails, we have begun the process of changing over to the new Gloss Genius booking system! What does this entail?

Membership Cancellations

We are unable to port over the old Square memberships over to the new system. All this means is that we will need to reinstate your massage membership at your next scheduled appointment!

Rebooking Appointments

All of your previously booked appointments are safe and secure!

Exciting Updates: A Fresh New Booking Experience!

We are thrilled to announce that AHH is upgrading our booking system! To better serve your needs and provide a more seamless experience, we are transitioning from Square to GlossGenius, effective April 1, 2026.

While we expect a smooth transition, we have streamlined a few things to make your experience even better.

Simplified Memberships

We’ve made choosing a membership easier than ever. Instead of navigating multiple time-based tiers, we are moving to two straightforward options:

- The Standard 60-Minute Membership

- The Senior 60-Minute Membership

Prefer a longer session? No problem! You can still enjoy 90-minute or 120-minute massages. Simply book your session and pay the difference at the time of your appointment.

Navigating the New Booking Site

The new AHH booking site features a fresh look and a simplified process.

- Booking as a Member: You no longer need to look for a specific "Member Service." Simply book a regular 60-minute massage, and your monthly membership credit will automatically apply to the cost.

- Extending Your Session: If you’d like to book a 90 or 120-minute session using your credit, just select the "30-minute Member Add-on" or "60-minute Member Add-on" when booking along with the 60 minute massage service.

New Intake Forms

To ensure we have the most up-to-date information for your wellness journey, all clients will need to fill out a new intake form. While we couldn't port old forms over, this refresh allows our practitioners to better customize your sessions and address your current needs safely and effectively.

You will receive a link to your new form in your appointment confirmation via text or email. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best care possible!

Gift Cards

Rest assured, your existing balances are safe!

- Square Gift Cards: We will continue to honor all Square gift card balances for five years from their original purchase date.

- New Gift Cards: Starting April 1, 2026, all new gift card purchases can be made directly through our new GlossGenius site.

Towards the end of the month you may receive a notification for your existing appointments. This is just us moving your appointments over to the new system.
