Q: How do I create an account in The Mill app and sign up for my free first class?
A: In order to create an account and sign up for your first class, you have to redeem your free first class! Use this link to get started:

Q: What classes can I use my free class pass on?
You can use your free class pass on any of our core classes - specialty and closed group classes are not included in this offer.
Q: What type of classes do you offer?
A: As a boutique wellness studio, we offer a variety of classes that fall into the following categories - Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, Barre, HeroBoard, Pre + Postnatal Movement, Functional Women’s Health, and Children’s classes. Q: How do I inquire about Physical Therapy at The Mill?

Q: If I’m at a beginner fitness level, which classes should I take?
A: The majority of our classes are made modifiable to any fitness level. However, the Strong Start series, PelviCORE, Beginner Boards, our Yoga Classes, and Stretch + Sculpt are all a great way to dip your toes into the water.
Q: Do you offer personal training?
A: Yes, Coach Hailey and Coach Victoria offer 1:1 personal training. If you have any questions about personal training, please reach out to us or use our app for appointments.

-CORE: $200/month
Up to 25 classes at your preferred home studio: Choose New Boston or Wyandotte
-SIGNATURE: $250/month
Up to 30 classes at both studio locations
Weekly Memberships: No contract, auto-renewal subscription. Must select a home studio for class usage.
-3 classes per week: $50 / week
-2 classes per week: $40 / week
Class Pass Packages: use package passes towards any core class at any studio location, passes expire after 90 days
-10 Classes: $220 (~25% off drop in rate)
-5 Classes: $125 (~15 off drop in rate)
