We recently broke ground on a new patio area at Gracepoint. The project is being made possible by a matching grant from The Bolger Foundation, which challenged our community to come together and make it happen. Together, we’re building spaces that nurture healing, connection, and hope.

Christian Health broke ground on a patio renovation outside of its Gracepoint Partial-Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program. The project will be supported by a $75,000 challenge grant from The Bolger Foundation.

We walked in support of the many residents we serve who are affected by Alzheimer’s disease, and for their families who place their faith and trust in us to care for their loved ones.
