Congratulations to Mr. Kevin Brooks!

In his first year at CFA, not only did he drop his A1C, but his muscles have gained back their strength and mobility now after 60.

The “Extra Credit “

Sometimes we build in a little extra credit into the hour class.
It’s purposeful based on the stimulus we want that day.

Every single element is methodically designed from the warm -up , to the weightlifting or gymnastics session, then ending with the workout. 🏋️‍♀️

For the extra credit, that’s when the magic happens. You keep WORKING to build up strength while your muscles are fatigued.

Is it met with groans and whining ?? Yes 😂
But then once the session is done, there is the “ah-ha” moment of the WHYs we did it. 💪🏽

Our first annual WARRIOR WOD 🩷

In honor of one of our own and all of those that have been touched with the battle for their lives.

We had a beautiful morning kicking off our Saturday with a ladies only event.

It’s always uplifting and inspiring when we get together as a community no matter the cause and join in together for sweat, laughter and fun.

The best part of our programming is that with the constant variance of movements and workouts in a given week.
We are very proud that we are able to implement times to truly have 12-15min of a mobility cooldown.

Lights get turned off.
Shoes come off.
We stretch with intention to get ready to win the day.

It just does our bodies so good! 😊
