🚨🚨You may, or may not have heard of the 20/20/20 rule. This is a preventive measure for dry eyes while on your computer. Every 20 minutes, look at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Well, I'm going to add a little twist to it. During those 20 secs, SQUEEZE your eyes together AS HARD A YOU CAN, ten times. This will help release oils, from the glands, that supply the oily layer to the tear film. 👀
