We were honored to have Mr. Willie Spears on our campus today. His energetic and relatable presentation left a lasting impression on our students and staff.

Through his social media, weekly editorial, and fifteen books, Mr. Spears has become one of the country's most sought after speakers. His impactful messages have the power to inspire and motivate. Today was no exception.

All last week, Jr. High students worked hard to earn tickets for our big raffle on the final day of ACT ASPIRE testing. Our students had the chance to win a tv (2 from each grade), a luncheon with Mr. Wingo, or gift cards from local businesses Sonic, McDonald’s, and Walmart. We would like to thank them for supporting our students and ensuring that Jackets thrive!

W.H.S. students and faculty have been celebrating Red Ribbon Week in fun innovative ways! Today was "Anything but a Backpack" day and our students were very creative! Also, during WYN time students stuffed and delivered red ribbon goody bags for advisory classes today.
