• Starting pay: $14.00/hour
• Additional $0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 10 years)
• Shift differential: +$0.75/hour
• Attendance incentive: +$2.00/hour for working scheduled shifts with no call-ins
• $1,200 sign-on bonus

Full-time benefits include medical insurance, vacation time, and holiday pay after 30 days.
